Ask the driver
If you realize your item is missing while service is still running, you may ask a driver if they have seen your lost item. You may also ask to search their bus.
Do not ask drivers to radio
Please do not ask drivers to radio around for your lost item. This is against company policy and interferes with safe bus operation.

Items are collected after service ends
After our buses finish service for the day, all found items are collected and delivered to the OCCT office or University Police Department’s Lost & Found by 5pm the following business day if found.

Where your item ends up depends on its type
- Valuables (wallets, electronics, keys, etc.) are turned over to UPD Lost & Found.
- Personal items (scarves, hats, water bottles, etc.) are brought to the OCCT office at UUW B20.
